There are Ten Key components to understanding your Human Design chart

I. Type

How your energy flows most naturally and what you need to “stay in the flow”

II. Strategy

How to reduce resistance to what you want to do

III. Authority

how you know what the best decision is for you - your Inner GPS

IV. Profile

What we need to share who we are and how we deliver our gifts to others

Let’s Begin With What I Consider the Four “Quick Wins”

Type, Strategy, Authority and Profile

Getting to know these four areas of your chart will give you, in my opinion, what we like to call quick wins in coaching. These areas give you immediate insight and something to begin to play with - allowing you to explore your Human Design Chart without the overwhelm of feeling you need to learn it all right now - for it to be of use.

Let’s take a look at Types.

  • Manifestors

You are different. You are here to impact, initiate and create change. You are the most conditioned of the Types because people often don’t understand you and growing up you may have felt left out, lonely and confused about why. The biggest gift I learned as a manifestor is that I initiate the energy in all of my relationships, which means deciding ahead of time what I want to have happen, being present in that energy - and then allowing the other person to feel what they feel - and not make it personal.

  • Generators & Manifesting Generators

Gens and Mani Gens all have one very important element - a defined Sacral Center. This gives you a consistent source of energy to complete those things that light you up. Your Aura glows and invites the correct people and circumstances into your life when you are responding to things that excite you. You are the builders of this world. You bring ideas to life. Mani Gens, having a motorized Throat have many of the same qualities as a Manifestor and possess the ability to initiate action, in response.

  • Grow it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
